Ricardo OlloquiPresident & Co-Founder              

Ricardo Olloqui, President and Co-Founder of BTS Group and is responsible for customer relations as well as the development of new business, partnerships and BTS operations.

Born in Zaragoza, Spain, in 1974, Ricardo Olloqui studied Business Administration and Management at St. Thomas University (Miami).

Ricardo is a member of the 100 Circle of the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Miami, a member of the board of the “Fundación Vizcaya”, a member of the US-Spain Council, a member of the Spanic Heritage Advisory Board and has been a member of the board of The US-Spain Chamber of Commerce for the past 8 years.

In 2002, Ricardo Olloqui won the “Top Young Executive Award” given by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the United States. His excellent management skills have led Grupo BTS to become a leader in the telecommunications industry. This is the result of 18 years of work, an excellent work team and an experienced management team.

Rafael Olloqui – CEO & Co-Founder

Rafael Olloqui, CEO and Co-Founder of BTS Group. In this role, he is responsible for global and executive strategies for Grupo BTS.

Born in Zaragoza, Spain in September of 1968, he earned two degrees from St. Thomas University in Miami, Magna Cum Laude. In 1991, he returned to Madrid and earned a Masters degree in Finance from “La Fundación Antonio de Nebrija”.

Leading publications in the US have named Rafael Olloqui among the most important Hispanic entrepreneurs in South Florida on numerous occasions. In 2001, The US-Spain Chamber of Commerce awarded BTS the honor of “Company of the Year”, which has recognized this Spanish business each year for its excellent results and potential in the North American market. In 2002, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the US gave Rafael Olloqui the “Top Young Executive Award”.

In 2003, the Latin Chamber of Commerce in the United States (CAMACOL) awarded him the “Special Recognition Award” for his support to the business community and his contribution to the economic development of Miami-Dade. In 2005 and 2006, South Florida CEO magazine included BTS in its list of “Florida’s Top 500 Private Companies”.

Rafael Olloqui was a member of The US-Spain Chamber of Commerce for 8 years and was its first vice president. He is currently the treasurer of the “Centro Cultural Español de Cooperación Iberoamericana” and is an administrator and member of the Board of Directors at St. Thomas University and CAMACOL.
