BTS’s Operations Center (NOC) was created as a result of the company strategy to centralize  supervision, complete network management and operations. This is in contrast to the previous strategy, which was to the POPs operating locally in each country. In short, group operations centralization was necessary and should show results by improving and optimizing the operation and management  of the of the network and the group’s  voice traffic .
There are currently  3  centers that specialize in this work in Miami (USA), Guatemala and Walqa Technological Park (Spain).
Our Operations Centers have a real-time traffic and activity monitoring system for all working links  in interconnection with the other voice operators worldwide.
